Jon’s legendary cross-disciplinary reputation working across strategy, design and getting the job done—no matter what—stems from his experience working side by side with some of the world’s most successful business leaders and brands. As a Managing Director and Co-founder of BrandCulture Company, Jon ensures that all of BrandCulture’s clients benefit from the same commitment to excellence and executional rigor.

Jon has previously held senior strategic and business development roles within Wolfgang Puck, Siegel + Gale, Imagination and Caribiner International, where his clients have included BMW, BEA Systems, Ford, The Coca-Cola Company, Holiday Inn Worldwide, Jiffy Lube, Lexus, Motorola, Philips Electronics and other globally-recognized organizations.

Jon serves on the board of the Michael Hoefflin Foundation and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and an MS in Real Estate and Urban Affairs from Georgia State University.

As a Co-founder and Managing Director of BrandCulture, Eric leads BrandCulture’s strategy practice across all client engagements. Eric draws on decades of experience helping globally-recognized organizations such as Adobe, Microsoft, Charles Schwab, Healthnet and Nokia develop standout corporate and product branding and naming programs and galvanize their corporate cultures around strong brand values.

Prior to BrandCulture, Eric served in a variety of client and agency-side executive positions, including Head of Corporate Affairs and Head of Strategic Marketing for LRN Corporation and Senior Vice President at global branding and interactive media consultancy Siegel + Gale. Prior to his career building powerful brands, Eric was an attorney with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, where he specialized in representing technology clients.

Eric is an honors graduate of Harvard Law School, holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from Stanford where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also studied at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford and the University of Urbino in Italy.

Leading corporate and product identity programs from BrandCulture’s Barcelona office, Patrizia’s decade-plus experience developing visual identity systems for a variety of organizations across Europe brings BrandCulture’s clients not only deeply strategic design solutions, but a distinctly progressive aesthetic. Patrizia’s most recent work includes developing breakthrough identity systems for Proxima, Bovitz, Westwood Village and the Center for the Digital Future.

Patrizia started her career with QWER Design and also served as an art director with SUMMA, roles in which she led creative development for Indo, the Barcelona Voll-Damm Jazz Festival, Kulturregion Hanover and Apiserum.

Patrizia currently teaches design at IED Barcelona. She is a graduate of the Communications Design program at the University of Applied Science in Augsburg and completed postgraduate studies at EINA Escola de Disseny i Art in Barcelona.

Andrea brings foundational marketing strategy and precise execution in equal measure to BrandCulture — with an extra dash of and social media mastery. For over a decade, Andrea has served leading brands including Pacific Life, Honda, Nestlé and Public Storage at a number of prominent agencies. More recently, Andrea has expanded her media relations practice to focus on the dynamic world of social media and marketing, counseling Brand Culture’s client’s on SEO and best practices for their online promotions and networking.

Andrea is a recipient of the Monty McKinney Award for Outstanding Advertising by AAAA and was recognized as a “40 under 40” recipient in 2010 for co-founding the popular family-focused social network sites & When not delivering exceptional value to BrandCulture clients, Andrea advocates for three local non-profits as an active board member: The SCV Family YMCA, Justin Time Children’s House and Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley. Andrea holds both a BA in Advertising & Business Administration and an MA in Education from Pepperdine University, where she was awarded “Advertiser of the Year” 1999. 

Equal parts quick study and raconteur, Melanie excels at the art and science of developing the potential of great brands and distilling them into powerful and effective public and media relations campaigns. She brings disciplined focus and strategic energy to her work (only occasionally catalyzed by coffee), supporting the goals of her clients through compelling strategic marketing, public relations and social media initiatives that build enduring brand awareness, increase sales and drive market share. In the PR sphere, Melanie earned renown for orchestrating a media campaign that garnered more than 100 million media impressions. She also navigates seamlessly across the technology, healthcare, lifestyle, insurance, and consumer industries, securing client coverage in leading publications from TechCrunch to The Wall Street Journal. Over her diverse career, she has represented leading brands including Johnson & Johnson, Allergan, DePuy Orthopaedics, Metagenics and

Melanie holds a BA in Journalism: Public Relations from the University of Georgia. 

Victoria anchors BrandCulture’s presence in Atlanta and serves as Client Services Manager across a range of corporate and non-profit clients. She has decades of experience in brand and communications strategy and project management across automotive, hospitality and lifestyle brands. Prior to BrandCulture, Victoria honed her expertise developing and executing custom cause marketing programs in partnership with global companies including Hilton, L’Oreal Paris, Scholastic and Starbucks as Vice President of Cause Marketing for Points of Light. Earlier in her career, Victoria was a Senior Project Manager at Imagination, Ltd. and a founding member of Imagination USA delivering immersive brand experience programs for Ford, American Express, Coca-Cola and Absolut.

Victoria holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Georgia—Terry College of Business.

Sally brings unparalleled cross-disciplinary design expertise to the BrandCulture team. A seasoned creative director and designer with a unique combination of identity, information and interactive design experience, Sally has honed her craft working with top-tier branding firms that include Addison, Desgrippes Gobe & Associates, Interbrand, The Brand Union and Landor. Her client experience is equally diverse, having worked with brands that range from Coca-Cola to Intel to Victoria Secret, as well as breadth of financial services organizations including Mastercard, MBIA, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, PNC, State Street Global Advisors, Unum and more. 

Sally holds a BA in Sociolinguistics from University of California at Berkley and a BFA in Graphic & Packaging Design from Art Center College of Design.

Olga comes to us by way of Ukraine. Holding extensive deep-rooted experience in graphic design she has true understanding of how to transform a brand into a thriving company. She is proficient in multimedia marketing and web design with firsthand management experience, both internationally and here in Los Angeles. Her previous work experience includes working for companies such as Netkach Promotions, Aplent Design Group, Publishing House Personalities and All American Pet Group. Olga works with BrandCulture’s clients in developing corporate identity, marketing collateral and website design.

Olga holds a BA, MA and PhD in Graphic Design from the Design Academy of Kharkov, Ukraine. She is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English.

As a Designer, Lilly combines infectious enthusiasm with a unique combination of print, digital and motion-graphic design that helps activate BrandCulture client brands across today’s digital landscape.

She has been active launching BrandCulture’s own new brand identity while providing design support for clients including Cinedigm, Epson, Michael Hoefflin Foundation, VMware and Westwood Village. Prior to BrandCulture, Lilly worked with Seoul-based Infinite and the La Habra Children’s Museum.

Lilly holds a BFA in Advertising from the Pasadena Art Center College of Design.

Gloria brings an enthusiastic and fresh presence to building great brands here at BrandCulture by way of the Sunshine State. With a background in public relations and business, Gloria is both strategic and analytical minded and enjoys approaching brand management from all angles. She understands client’s needs, how to push initiatives through and thrives off of the BrandCulture teamwork spirit. She has been key player in working with our clients including Wolfgang Puck and Srixon | Cleveland Golf | XXIO.

Gloria holds a BA in Public Relations from Auburn University based in its eponymous town in Alabama. She was an active member of PRSSA as well as a continual officer for the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi.

The three letters in “Kim” and but three more in “Fox” serve as a visible hallmark of the efficiency, laser-like focus and eschewal of extraneous adornment that defines the elegance of Kim’s code and superb functionality of the websites she develops across BrandCulture engagements. With more than a decade of experience building sites on WordPress, Kim has remained true to her conviction that websites are not simply ambassadors for each brand, but also critical tools to achieve tangible business results. In addition to WordPress, Kim also specializes in HTML5, PHP, MySQL, Javascript and jQuery. Kim builds websites for a wide range of both B2C and B2B businesses with equal relish and also has an extensive portfolio of custom applications and WordPress plug-ins.

Kim holds a B.A. from The Master’s College.

A strong analytical thinker with a healthy disregard for the status quo, Joshua excels at harnessing technology to solve tough problems. Committed to serving the oft-overlooked needs of the user, Josh pushes the limits of technology platforms to deliver brand and user experience that is second to none. Joshua specializes in Drupal development, but is also highly involved with in the initial mapping, site architecture, SEO, UX solutions and ongoing site operations across client engagements. With more than a dozen awards for standout website work, Josh continues to stay at the vanguard of emerging best practices and incorporate the latest developments and new tools in technology to create stronger, more secure . . . and more memorable and rewarding online experiences.

Joshua holds a B.S. in Business Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.

A coder since the age of 16, Jamie considers his work with an almost flawless technical precision and a level of elegance and sophistication befitting of Brandculture and our clients. He transitions flawlessly between front and back end development systems, a rare find in the industry! Fluent in HTML5, CSS2/3 w/SASS, Javascript w/jQuery, mySQL and PHP, Jamie has been a key asset in our development of sites for Tiburon, Cleveland Golf, and most recently Groovv. 

With a BA in Film and Video Production from Penn State University and years of experience in film, tv, video, and industrial production alongside such companies as MTV, VH1, and CBS, Jamie’s multi-talents speak to a general concern for the inner workings and fine mechanical details that can (and under his watch will) ensure a project’s solid aesthetic and overall success.  

Charlotte comes to BrandCulture by way of Paris, the South of France, Berlin and her birthplace of Beirut, Lebanon to add a certain je ne sais quoi across BrandCulture research and strategy endeavors. Although incontrovertibly French, unlike her BrandCulture colleagues, Charlotte inexplicably eschews wine. Despite this seeming idiosyncrasy, Charlotte’s international pursuits and ambitions in concert with her passion for grounding strategy in data and analysis bring additional firepower, a fresh edge and innate French sense of style to Brandculture’s already eclectic team. We have never seen her wear the same outfit twice. While working on the Parisian firm Brandimage Desgrippes & Laga, Charlotte’s research prowess fueled projects for SkyTeam, Grand Mercure Hotel Dubai and Brazil, and Ferrero Duty Free.

Charlotte’s work at BrandCulture Los Angeles coincides with her pursuit of an MS in International Business Strategy at SKEMA Business School in Paris, France.  She currently holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma of Marketing and Management from Institut Stanislas in Cannes, France. 

Pedro ensures that client brands are brought life online through intuitive navigation, refined user experience and expressive design sensibility. Most recently he has created engaging online presence for Bovitz, USC’s Center for the Digital Future, Coast Produce, Evolv, Fight to Live and Shotspotter.

Pedro is fluent in English and Portuguese and graduated from Vancouver College of Art and Design with a BA in Design where he was a recipient of the Canadian International Scholarship. 

Dr. Kenneth Brousseau leads BrandCulture’s leadership assessment and development services in his role as CEO of partner Decision Dynamics. Ken specializes in behavioral assessment applications for executive talent deployment and development, executive coaching, and team alignment. For more than three decades, Ken has consulted with scores of leading global public and private organizations, including ABB, Barilla Group, Bristol Myers Squibb, Educational Testing Service, Eli Lilly and Company, Federal Aviation Administration, Johnson & Johnson, United Parcel Service, GlaxoSmithkline Pharmaceutical, Home Depot, Intel Corporation, 3M Corporation, NASA, On Semiconductor, The Aerospace Corporation, Rockwell International, SAP, Sigma Alimentos, S.A., and Western Digital Corporation. Across his work, Ken and his colleagues deploy a proprietary database containing behavioral assessment profiles of more that 120,000 executives, managers and business professionals that identify the behavioral qualities needed to succeed at each level of management and demonstrate how these qualities change over career progression.

In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Brousseau has published numerous groundbreaking articles on career development, work system design, team development, and organizational design which have appeared in Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Applied PsychologyOrganizational Behavior and Human Performance, theAcademy of Management Review, the Academy of Management Executive, and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. In addition, Ken also chairs The Korn/Ferry Institute’s Center for the Science of Management Assessment.  Earlier Ken served on the faculty of the Management and Organization department at the USC Marshall School of Business.

Ken holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University.

Kasey Byrne combines a singular expertise from straddling the worlds of brand and management consulting and client-side executive leadership. Depending on the task, she is equally adroit at deploying the logic of an engineer with the creativity of a copywriter and is equally skilled at reimagining customer experience. Fueling her uncommon judgment and indefatigable performance are decades of experience working in high-pressure, rapidly morphing environments with immutable deadlines across technology and financial services industries. Working with BrandCulture as a consultant as well as a client for more than a quinquennium, Kasey was most recently the CMO of Cardlytics. Earlier Kasey served as the CCO of Overture Services, Inc., was a SVP at SunAmerica and worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. She began her career as a software engineer working with both Hewlett-Packard and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Kasey holds a MS in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and a BSE with Distinction from Cornell University. Kasey also served as an Adjunct Professor at the Loyola Marymount College of Business Administration where she has taught Product Marketing and Management.

Paul Hammond is an internationally recognized experiential designer who has created dynamic 3D environments for brands, museums and visitor destinations for over twenty years. Paul leads BrandCulture’s brand experience design practice helping bring to life across both physical and digital environments.

Paul specializes in interactive and multi-sensory spatial experiences that span children’s play areas on cruise ships to retail environments to immersive automobile launches and exhibits. Paul’s design career began with his work at the venerable Imagination Ltd. and he has since teamed with some of the largest marketing agencies in Europe, North America and Asia including Chiat-Day, Deutsch, Omnicom/AMCI and others, as well as the world’s leading brands like Anhueser Busch, CA, Carnival Cruises, Coca-Cola, Mary Kay, Samsung and 3M.

As the creative energy and vision behind his own firm, Paul Hammond Design, Paul continues to hone his craft in spatial and experiential design. Originally from West Yorkshire, England, Paul now resides in Los Angeles, and holds a degree in Spatial Design from New Castle School of Art and Design.
