Founded in 2006, Astonish had built a set of digital marketing tools to help insurance agents attract, convert and retain more customers. By 2014 the company had come under the private equity ownership, growth had begun to slow, and a small but vocal group of customers were airing their discontent with the practices of previous management teams. The new team was ready to refocus the business and the brand.
BrandCulture partnered with Astonish executives to clarify the company’s value proposition to the market. Based on our research we arrived at the insight that what the company’s platform does best is to together all the capabilities that an insurance agency needs to be successful online. From that positioning we renamed the company Intygral, signalling the completeness of the solution and its essential value to agencies, and created a comprehensive and contemporary identity system worthy of a digital marketing leader.
