		<description>well, shucks, aren&#039;t the Swedes just perfect in EVERY way? Blonde, good looking, enjoying a stable economy, and now they&#039;re perfect managers too? Ugh. Gimme an old fashioned, dysfunctional, depressing, economically troubled American company any day!
(BTW, on my North Carolina vacation practically EVERY car had one of those thingy-s on top. You have to haul a lot of gear to a beach vacation).</description>

		<description>Well, Thule certainly sounds Utopian. Perhaps their success has to do with the limited stock which they sell. Maybe they have good products that keep customers spreading the good news and returning themselves to buy additional items. I’d be interested in knowing more about the “exercising together with colleagues during working hours.” I envision a large room filled with desks with healthy, blond people standing on their desks doing calisthenics. What if you don’t feel like exercising when others do? Maybe a workout is included in the job interview. I think we need to know more about this company.

		<description>At Yahoo!, former CEO Tim Koogle always said in company meetings that it was all about hiring smart. Seems like Thule has done this by hiring slowly and sensibly for a certain kind of employee who will buy into the mission. I wish more corporations would do this.</description>
